It was budget friendly and the area was convenient to where we were going.

I was not expecting the area outside would be a wet market.

Its near on the main road, grocery and church

Ive been through a lot of red doorz hotels and this one was the worst. Water has small larve of mosquitos, the room was way different compared to the preview photos, there was no amenities, no double lock inside the room for the main door, poor security.

Lots of fruit shops just right there, e.g. Robinsons Plaza and gyms and street foods at 5-10 minutes' walk. Staff expressed friendliness. Place rather quiet.

Room of course poor, TV not working, cleanliness so-so but basically value for money.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location spec. close to Bavarian inn. Value for money ok.

CR, shower etc needs renovation. We had some stinging animals in the room.

Considerations that we arrive earlier we want to rest and sleep and according to the staff there's no room available. that's why we slept at their lobby unconfortable. They should have consider because our check out time will be earlier at 8AM instead of 2pm noon on the 3rd day.

breakfast was ok, except that we don't have any choices for the three(3) day stay there.. choices were the same for the 3 dayslocation is find as it is near the market which is temporarily near the hotel. we can at leastbuy the things/fruits we wanted.

the toiletries were not provided to us, or we were not informed that there is no toiletries included in the hotel accommodation. the towels provided looked dirty and not presentable,the units given to us were not the same in the pictures online as seen when booking

Not a good location now with market building and vendors all around the hotel, fruit and food vendors nearby.

Bad location, messy and tight neighborhood

Location very close to jaro plaza, markets and food nearby. I felt very safe walking about at day or night. Large shopping mall about 10min walk away.

Bathroom was not nice in my room

Internet was pretty good.

Place needs renovation but ok for the price.

Accessibility to the city proper.

Room is not like what is advertised on the picture. There's no tv, no cabinet, curtain's material is very thin making it visible outside when there's light inside.

The location is near Jaro Church and malls. Easy access to public transportation.

The bathroom wasn't that clean and smelled bad. The water pressure is not that much. The room isn't that clean as well. In short, hindi pwede sa maarte!

Staffs are approachable

Room and also no gcash or cc payment. I thought that I paid the hotel at this app but it should be pay at hotel.

room is very small, very poor and slow wifi, aircon is very difficult to operate, shampoo and bath gel dispenser are empty, they do not allow early check in even with empty rooms available instead they charge you every hour of your stay before 2pm

The property was very accessible. It was near the plaza, the mall, the bank and public transportation is well available anywhere. The staff are very friendly as well.

I've been into different RedDoorz property before and I must say this one is the most depressing so far. The room I booked was for a two bed room, but the one assigned to me looks like a room only fit for one bed. They just put two beds inside to accomodate guests requesting for two beds. My room also has an exposed plumbing, that everytime someone uses the washroom or whatever it is that is above my room, I can't help but to be awaken by it. What's worst is that they usually do it either early morning or late at night. The TV is also not working and there's no phone in the room that is why I need to go down in the reception area whenever I need something.

What I like is it's location near the market and just behind the Jaro Cathedral and plaza. You can easily buy necessities and food around the area.

What I don't like is the design in which the sewage pipe is just above you and can easily hear someone's using the bathroom upstairs.

Very near our designated venue. Affordable

The heater doesn't function well but there is a Tub to stock water instead
